RETURN POLICY

Brandy Durst Creative prints and products (excludes stickers) are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. Continental U.S. and Canada only, not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii & International orders.

• Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting Guest Services.

• Products must be returned unopened, undamaged & in original packaging.

• Framed & unframed prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.

• Return shipping label will be provided by Guest Services. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.

• 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography and illustrations. Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied unless an even exchange is initiated.

All Brandy Durst Creative prints and products purchased through 3rd party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. Please refer to the 3rd party vendor's terms and conditions for any issues with your order.
